As you have already taken action but as a matter of safety, you can approach your branch office personally and inform them personally. After that keep on checking it. They will surely help you out .

Have you taken xerox copy of your exam form or do you remember the OMR no. of your form? That will prove useful in such case to keep  track of your form.

Don't get tensed. Prepare for your CPT with calm mind.
