Please explain how NPV @ 14% is calculated..
Year PV factor @ 14%
1 1/1.14 = 0.877
2 1/(1.14)^2 = 0.769
Thanks 4 your reply. I am asking about that NPV @ 14%.. (26,790)
It will be:
[180000*0.877+150000*0.769]-300000 = (26790)
