Hi Friends /Member

Please tell me;;

In case of a person .. if he registered as a service provider and providing services apart from providing service he also receives security service on which he is liable to pay tax @ 75% under reserve charge....

how it treat ...whether he will become a service receiver and change his registration ...as service receiver or take is a input services...

Recipient will pay the service tax under reverse charge system on 75% value of the total service value. 

On receipt of service he is a SR. Note he has to amend his RC accordingly.

Yes, The recipient of such service liable to pay 75 percent tax under reverse charge mechanism...

Service provided or agreed to be provided by the way of supply of manpower or security service.

25 percentage of tax payable by person providing such service,

75 percentage of service payable by person receiving such service...

but he is also providing Service og Management & Consultancy Service ...For this he has to be Service provider...

but Sir ...Wt abt service provided..

why it is not treated as input Service....

 

Firstly RC HAS TO B AMENDED FOR REVERSE CHARGE. SERVICE TAX UNDER RC WILL B TREATED AS OUTPUT SERVICE TAX NEED TO B PAID IN CASH
