In the month of October, we have a negative export value. It is correctly updated and reflecting in GSTR-1, but the negative amendment value is not getting updated in GSTR-3B.
When we manually enter the negative value, the system does not accept it. However, if we enter 0, it gets processed.
Can we save it as 0 for now and correct it in the future when there is an export value?

Yes — you may enter “0” in GSTR-3B for the month in which export turnover is negative, because the GST portal does not allow negative figures in 3B. You can adjust the reduction in export value in the next month when positive export turnover exists.
