4 Months are more than sufficient to study. You can start with 4 hours per day and go upto 10 hours when your exams are near. ICWAI Dec Exam start from Dec 10 or 11th. Direct Tax and Accounts syllabus are quite high.  Start from now. You can definately do it. Let me know if you have any clarification/question/help from my end.

i have query sir...is singhania for tax is enough ?? & scanner solve??

ICWAI Inter has got Direct Taxes. It would be difficult to complete the syllabus from Vinod K Singhania. I would prefer Vikash Mundra for CWA inter syllabus.

please Murali Sir , suggest me sum books for ICWA Groups....actually today i registered for IPCC MAY 2012...am i doing r8 by giving a group of icwa inter ??

Do not worry there are some common syllabus in CA and CWA that will help you a lot by taking both the Groups.Common Syllabus. Accounts, Tax, Costing, Auditing. It may not be 100 % same atleast it will help in great manner.

Dedicate your time only for studies you can get the desired result.

sir please tell me that should i first go for IPCC & then ICWA Inter or should i sit for dec group 1 icwa...& then may 2012 ipcc....??

Take Dec 2011 CWA Exam, here you need to prepare for Accounts, Law and Direct Tax and in may 2011 you can write IPCC.  During May 2011 while appearing for IPCC, you would have already studied some chapters in CWA, also major part of taxation would also be completed for ur IPCC.  Have a plan in place for 1 week and see where you stand and then 15 days plan, later 1 month plan. Try to adhere to plan. It is never easy but at the end of the day suceess will take it's own time.

Dear Friend,

It depends upon whether are you a full time student or if you are working/doing articleship. You may not have sufficient time. I will assume that you are a full time student. What you can do is, prepare for both the group and then take a call during march last week. The reason being you need one month (april) for preparation for exam.

 YOu can use the same book even for IPCC also. One book for 2 course.

B.Law, Commercial Law and Auditing - Give ur mail id - i will send my notes.   I was able to score highest marks with the help of my notes which i prepared for self studies
