Please assist Form 1

Dear Friend

You can file Form 1 with mandatory attachment including MOA & AOA. As per your problem, you can file these attachment in black & white or you can file first and subscripttion clause of MOA and first and last page of AOA with Form-1 and file complete MOA & AOA with addendum to avoid size of the Form.

You might also check that you have not saved form while you were filling it...

while scanning, u can also decrease the dpi....

My suggestion on reducing the file size :-

• Convert word file in PDF except the page of subscriber. (it will be hardly 300KB)
  

• Scan the subscribers page as TEXT Scan with DPI 200..
  

• Use a s/w to add/alter pages in page sequence.. (s/w - PDFill can be downloaded from CNET.com)
  

Further, I want to tell you one thing that Form67 for addendum can be uploaded only in case of the ROC raises query as Pending User Clarification.

You can take a new Form 1 from MCA portal and attach black and white scanned and PDF converted copy of  MOA & AOA , so there by the file size will reduce and while signing with the DSC again do save as. 

Agree with the learned members. Try this one also...

Just  modify your 2MB form and after re signing the same do "save as", the size would be reduced.
