Can anyone please tell me that which act defines "SISTER CONCERN"..Also tell me that under which section it is defined.

Sister Concerns means organisations under the same management. Where the important decisions(control and management) are taken by a person or group of persons managing one or more organisations.

No act defines the term sister concern. It is just terminology used by many.
