What is place of supply for B2C place of recipient of the service or place of supplier.

Generally, Place of supply for B2C is Location of recipient of Goods (if available) or else; Location of the supplier of Goods. There is seprate rule for service like generally, place of supply for B2C is place where service is actually performed.
