Place of supply
one customer come in UP who is belong Maharastra and purchased goods in UP so what will be charged IGST or CGST & SGST??

If you are not registered cgst and sgst is applicable
If customer is registered , IGST to be charge, else CGST / SGST
customer k pass agar gst number h or vo Maharashtra ka h to igst charge hoga ....
or agar unregister h to reverse charge m cgst or sgst seller ko Dena padega ....
or agar unregister h to reverse charge m cgst or sgst seller ko Dena padega ....
IGST : If Customer intent to the supplier for supply the goods to Maharashtra then Supplier can charge IGST.
C/SGST : If customer directly received goods from supplier end then Supplier charge CGST and SGST is Intra State Supply and The Customer is URD in UP...
