if a photographer served his photography service and the party ask for gst number for making of payment then is he opt for gst registration ?

If your turnover is above 20 lakh then registration liability arises
Service recipient pay GST Under RCM for purchase from unregistered

my annual tyrnover is less than 3 lakhs, then what should i do ?

@ biswajit Then register recipient is liable to pay tax under RCM

recently i have worked with bank... now he have to make payment.....at that time he ask me for gst registration number and i told them that my turnover is lessthan 3 lakh.... then he said for submit of non gst registration certificate

Provide self declared certificate attested by notary
