PF loan, not repayable

do we need to disclose 'PF loan taken/withdrawn from the employer, which is non-repayable' in the income tax return?
I just know that such withdrawal is tax exempt, but do we need to report/disclose that in the return, if yes then how?

no need to disclose that one
PF loan taken from employer will be I think employer recovers from salary payment on monthly basis.
if it's partial withdrawal then employer provides certificate or in annexure to form 16
