A company is having two factories-A & B-which are separately registered under the pf act. A employee is transferred from A to B.Consequently, his PF account No is changed & form13 is filed.Form2 of this employee is also filed by factoryB
Does the factory A required to file form10 & correspondingly factoryB required to file form5 for this employee? whether form2 is required to be filed in this case or not?

form 9 and 2 should be submitted fresh,
old pf account can be transfered to new place,
what about form 5 & 10 are they required to be filed or not
both factories are quite old!
under same constitution its rare to have two PF accounts, as the unit has one head office, and they have to maintain PF from head office only.
5/10 is the integral part of monthly return, ( its one page form , one side is form 5 another side is form 10,)
