personal effects goods is coming under GST?

Hi, I have recently shifted from UAE to India and shifted my personal home stuff to Ahmedabad. this is coming to Navasheva Port. while taking the cargo to Ahmedabad, do I need to pay any GST at any of the state? Do I need to pay IGST? it's all used stuff which has no sellable features. it's only for personal use. kindly guide me. Though I will have to pay the customs as per regulations and rules.
