A person being a share holder and also a director of an existing private company, formed one more private company in which he is also a shareholder and director of a new company
My Query:
What are the different sections of company act under which he is governed ?
Different forms to be filed with ROC in respect of both the companies ?
Any other procedural compliance's to be complied with ?
