Is medical reimbursements part of gross salary....? Or in other way if gross salary includes Medical Allowance does it mean he wont be eligible for medical reimbursements....!!

If original bill submit to account /HR dept. Per month 1250.00 for reimbursement. 2.not eligible. If in salary sheet has not showing reimbursement for medical.

Medical reimbursement as perqs is tax free upto 15,000/- pa. Medical allowance is taxable.

Medical reimbursement is not a part of Gross Salary!

 

Medical allowance will always be part of gross salary!

 

You can exempt medical allowance upto Rs. 15000 if you take a declaration from employee that Biils will be submitted before end of financial year!

Medical Reimbursement is not a part of Gross Salary. if bills are produced then Mediclaim Reimbursement upto Rs.15000/- is allowed
