my uncle is receiving pension, he is a govt retired employee. His CA was showing his pension under family pension under IOS..is it correct?
If it's wrong can I change it under Income from salaries

2. Yes, his own pension should be declared under Salary head.

No issue when you are correcting it. Adopting correct option is not wrong by law.
