Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)

Regulation 17(6) states that " Except as otherwise provided in the Act, the Registrar shall not keep any document pending for approval and registration or for taking on record or for rejection or otherwise for more than 120 days, from the date of its filing excluding the cases in which an approval from the central govt or Regional Director or company law board or any other competant authority is required."

Better to call up ROC office & take suggestion as to what next has to be done.
