The Registration Certificate under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 read with Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 does not find any referrence in the commodities dealt in, so does not require any amendment. So no need to submit DVAT 07 under the Local Act in such a case.
However, under the Central Sales Tax Act, you neednot seek any amendment in the Central Registration Certificate unless you intend to make purchases on the strength of 'C' Form. In case you make purchases on the strength of 'C' without seeking amendment n the strength of 'C' Form, on the one hand 'C' Form are liable to be rejected on the other hand you are liable for penalty for misuse of 'C' Forms.
