After seeing the passing %, I think it would be a good idea for ICAI to introduce an entrance exam like it is being conducted for medical, engineering, etc, so that a desired % of students to be cleared is selected in the initial stage  only. Moreover, only  those candidates will be selected which are brilliant enough to pursue this qualification in the years of study rather than passing out 10 or 20% students in all the stages i.e, Foundation/CPT, PEII/PCC, Final, utilizing almost all the attempts of students.
