PE2 TO IPCC

CCertainly you can switch over to IPCC by paying a fees of Rs.8000/-. You have also to complete ITT and orientation class. If you want to switch over to IPCC do it early enabling you to attempt Nov 2010 exams. Best of luck. You can dowload the Form from ICAI website.
