pe2 doubt

hi friends,iam pe2 registered on graduatuion basis.

as u know we are having our last pe2 attempt in may09

my doubt is that l already cleared my grp2.if by any chance i dont clear my  another grp in may 09 and my five attempts are over by may 09.----------can i havre chance to convert to pcc and write that group. -or i have to switch over to cpt???

is there any notification by icai regarding this..

pls help me...
