PE II Last attempt.

1716 views 7 replies

May 2010 is the Last PE II Attemp as per ICAI regulations. I could not get through PE II both groups till date. What is the best course of action for May 2010 attempt.

Should i attempt both groups? or

one group ?

1st or 2nd group? (Nov 09 i gave my exams to Group 1, where i failed in accountancy and passed both other papers).

OR

to take gap for this one attempt and to proceed with IPCC after 2010?

OR

SHOULD I quit ?

Please suggest.

I am in the same position as u.

I won't suggest u to quit...........but prepare for the last attempt........May 2010 both group.

while preparing for the subjects like a/cs,costing & fm and tax..........first refer the illustration in the institute module and then refer a good reference book for these subjects...........just don't go through them but try to solve problems on ur own. PRACTICE is very much imp in these subjects.

for any help u can send PM.

Dont quit man!!

Where will quitting take you to??!! We require the qualification more than the qualification needing us.

You fared Okay in your grp1. I think you should try both the groups with some careful planning.

Whether you want to take take exams under pe2 or Ipcc has to be your decision only. Take the advantages and disadvantages into account. Even i am in the same situation. I am waiting for an announcement from the Insti regarding conversion from pe2 to Ipcc for this May.

HOPING FOR SOME GOOD.......

Dear Friends,

Sir, Whatever you're doing with CA PE-II Students its Totally unfair, CA PCC Students passing percentage is above 15% in both groups in every attempts & CA PE-II Students passing percentage is 0.25% in June-09 & 1.26% in Nov-09. Why u doing like this way with CA PE-II Students. CA Institute not want to pass PE-II Students.

Examples :- Think ur both sons are doing CA, one is PE-II student & one is PCC student.both are Hard working Equally in Study, ur PCC Son is passed in 1st or 2nd attempts & another son of PE-II he is not passed last 5 attempts, how u thinking about ur sons. both are sons hard working equally in study,

Please Sir, i want known the solution about this story. Please give me solution as early as possible.

Every PCC student passing quickly & we are not passing last 5 to 6 attempts, its totally unfair with PE-II Students. ur means currently every CPT or PCC student passed & going to quickly C.A. & PE-II students are same place at the end of every exam.

Why Sir, you're doing unfair with CA PE-II Students. you're not want pass pe-ii student, then stop the attempts & say disconnect or convert in to IPCC.

Regards.
I am is one of the PE-II Student.

Dear all,

I partially agree with the unfair treatment of PE II students. I agree that evaluation of PE II paper is a bit tougher than PCC. But We have to face it any how.

Most common mistake which people use to do is, They actually start the preparation for subsequent exam with a notion that they have already gone through the sylabus which they have read earlier.

What I suggest is , We have to restart afresh.. as if we dont know anything and we did not write the previous exam.

Common yaar.. PE II students should rock in their final attempt.

Dear All...This issue is not for who has join PE 2 by clearing PE I but .......Problems are for students join it on Graduation Based. as they all are working in any CA Firm from last 2 years ....so there 2 years traning will be of no use.......and alll Students have to do more 3 years traning after PE 2 with low salary at the age of 25-28 and then go for Final exames.
