As your 18 months are not completed till Nov 2008,you are eligible to give exams in may 2009.
is it 15 months or 18 months?

this is 15 months 3 months prior to exams so the total comes to 18 months
Friend u just delay 22/- days otherwise you eligible for nov.2008 exam.
But dont worry you prepare for may.09
exam and your final exam will be after compition of article.
