Requires to Enclose a copy of Articled/ Audit Training Registration/ Completion Certificate issued by the Institute. But I have not received any Certificate for Completion of Articleship. Please Help

It means Article Completion Letter, where date of completing the training is mentioned. There is not any specific certificate.

If you have not received this letter then you can take a photocopy of the letter from your CA because ICAI sends the letter both to CA and Student.
