We all know that ICAI has brought some boring regulations. Many of us wanted to know whether one can change for PCC to IPCC now, i.e., after this announcement ?
Is it possible to convert now or one should convert after 6months and before 12months of the articleship ?
If possible then is there any last date for conversion ? and will they count my articles done till today ?
Thank You |

one can convert to ipcc wenever they want to.....but ppl coverting after 31st jan....are not eligible to sit for IPCC nov'09 exams because....minimum study period for ipcc after coversion is 9 months.....so people converting after 31st jan but before july are eligible for IPCC may'10 exams.....
and yes any period served as an ariticle will be counted and given credit for.......and there is no need for students of PCC converting to IPCC to terminate their atricleship....they can continue their articles even after converting to IPCC....
I hope ur all queries have been answered.....
