Pcc to ipcc conversion form submission in another branch accepted or not?
I had registered pcc in 2008 in bangalore.
now i want to convert to ipcc. and i am currently
residing in new delhi. can i submit the conversion
form here. please advise.

ICAI announcement dated 07.01.2013 (attached herewith) specifies the process for converting from PCC to IPC.

It mentions that the essential documents should be submitted to the respective Regional Offices from where practical training registration was done earlier.

Hence, it will not be possible for you to submit the conversion form at Delhi.
