Rreferring to the icai notification regarding pcc tax paper that pcc students will not be tested on questions of specific service under service tax, this is to inform that in the pcc nov 2011 paper held today there were 2 questions asked on specific service
Q4 (c)-i applicabilty of service tax liability in case of job work.
Q6(c)-ii services provided for issuing fitness certificates of vehicle by regional transport office
what is your take on that members as according to me these are questions related to specific service which are not part of pcc syllabus
has there any instance before in ca exams that if something like this happens than any grace has been given if anybody has knowledge pls share and how can we say this to icai
