since we know pcc last attempt is in nov 2012, i wanna know that does it mean there is no max no of attempts of 5 till nov 2012 ?

i have my last attempt in may 2011 & if i dont clear it (hypothetically) does it mean that i dont have to re-register and pay some fees?

You are having still 3 more attempts..

Re-registration is not required.

Only exam fees is to be paid.
