What are the rules for Earned Leave, Casual Leave ?

Dear friend, Your question may please be further elaborated so as to identify the real issue for which you intend to identify the reference material. Entitlement for earned leave and casual leave would differ with reference to government sector and the the private sector. Similar is the case with encashment of earned leave and its tax treatment between the two sectors. Please amplify your question.
