Hi,

I'm planning to become a full time employee of an Indian Foundation (Section 25) company in addition to my current role being a member of the board of Directors. I'm currently a non-resident Indian and living in UK.

This has raised me few questions, how does the indian company pay me a salary and where shall I pay taxes.

If anyone have some guidelines, please assist me,

AS PER MY OPINION

THIS INCOME IS DEEMED INCOME AS PER SECTION 9 AND U HAVE TO PAY TAX ON THAT INCOME

HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYER HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS & HE WILL PAY THE TAX ON UR BEHALF

& THE NR SLAB RATE WILL BE APPLIED I.E 160000 EXEMPT LIMIT

AND U ALSO HAVE TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN IN INDIA
