Payment on installment
Suppose a contract is executed in pre GST regime wherein consideration is to be received on installment basis. Some installments have been received in pre GST regime. A few are to be received in GST regime. What will be leviable? GST or Service Tax

after 01-07-2017 , all other tax is abolished , you have to charge GST.
