Payment of DIN Application Money

GAR-7 is related to excise & service tax payments... its not related to Companies Law Matters..

Ok.. so u have already generated the Challan for offline mode payment..

SHALL I SEND THE DRAFT TO DELHI (AS WE PAY FEES TO ICAI) OR DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT IN GIVEN ACCOUNT (AS WE PAY INCOME TAX)

Yoy can get the cheque made in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi" and get it deposited at the authorised banks. the list of which is available on the ROC site.

CAN I MAKE CASH PAYMENT FOR THE SAME AT AUTHORISED BANK

yes the challan shows the mode of payment option in that you can tick on cash and deposit the fee in cash as well

Dear frnd, 

You can make the payment in any Nationalise Bank, like that of other challans.
