we have made payment for GST TDS and the same is debited from our current account , so we are not able to file the return. we have also try grievance from GST portal but otp could not generate, so, sir can you please give some help or any solution to solve this problem.
is there any penalty regarding this, because till last date we are still not able to file the return becaus of this problem. though payment has already been made before the due date.
Today, we are also facing otp problem on the site. For tax payment, sometimes it takes 12 hours to update.
as far as penalty concern, if return is filed after due date, even when payment has already done, but adjustment has not been made, penalty will be levied.
