I plan to pay advance tax this September. This is first time I am going to pay advance tax . I have PAN card. I have rough idea of expected income in this FY. Kindly let me know the steps. Does ITR-V also come into picture while filing/paying advance tax? Kindly help. Thanks in advance, RAKESH
return will be filed once in the year but if you want to pay advance tax then you have to pay a amount alongwith a challan of same but the descripttion of the challan paid will be given while filing the return ......
Thanks. So, for paying advance tax only challan (possibly 280) has to be filled & payment is to be made through bank account online. Possibly the system will return some acknowledgement/receipt, whose number has to be mentioned while filing return later after March?
