Hi,
One of My Clint ask me for Efiling of her I.T. Return for The A.Y. 2013-14. But her previous Tax Consultant did not share her Password which is created by him and Registered Email I D is also the Email I D of the Tax Consultant.
Now the Passwords are sent only to Registered Email from CPC . I have ASked them to Send the password to my Email as the REgistered Mail could not accessed by my clint but there is no response from them. How could I get the Password for Her.

Try this:-
If you're not able to reset the password with any of the three options above, please send an email to - validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
you will get reply in your email-id from which you will send this mail, you might be asked to provide more details, kindly provide such other details also (as asked by them) and get password changed.

Thanks But I have already Emaild the Informations you have told .
Then you should tell all such details i.e. you have mailed such info. as required and you want to reset the password etc..... contact Aayakar Sampark Kendra contact No.(s) for its solution.. they help assessee most of the times...
Dear Madam,
You can use the forgot password option....
and...
If you have failed to reset the password thru the 'Security answer' and 'last IT Acknowledgement' options, and you have even forgotten or lose access to your registered e-mail id......
then; the easiest, and unfortunately in most of our cases, the last and ONLY way to get access to your account is
--> Get a new DSC [Digital Signature Certificate]
--> Use Forgot Password Option
--> Choose Upload DSC option
--> Choose "New DSC", if u haven't registered one with your account
--> and hit [[Validate]]
They'll directly take you to "new password" set option... retype and confirm the password... and You're in.. :)
