................after ur text go thru ur model test papers issued by icai .................. lastly see d cd also ............. if u finsh this ur done wth ur cpt ................... am very sure u ll get above 150 to 180............dont leave institute material ............. all d very best ..........

Don't think much about that negative marking i.e., -0.25 marks for 1 wrong answer. 

Attempt a question even if you are only 50% confident that your answer will be correct!

Smart Work, visualising ICAI pattern, coverage of min. of 90% of the syllabus, Time mgt, Positive Mental attitute with God fearing shall serve the purpose

CPT is Base of CA, If the base is not clear, Further it will be difficult.

For securing good marks in CPT, remember the following:

1.  Conceptual Clearity

2.  Time Management

3. Solve as many Papers as you can

4. Solve Model Test Papers.

5. In Theory, be the master, Understand the concept dont do BY-Hearting

6. In Practical subjects, make your base clear.

Plan Properly and BE FOCUSSED on Studies.

m0stly concentrate on maths and statistics because mostly student don't focus on maths and statistic, trying to understand law and read it full A-Z. accounts law will give you passing marks but eco maths statistic will help you to achive good marks. best of luck all
