@ Divya...it will be declared after Sept 2013...when audit of ICSI will be completed nd annual report will be published..

I have a doubt, please clarify it. If a private company has two directors and one of them is a member of the ICSI, can that director also be appointed as its secretary? the paid up capitla fo the company is Rs.1 crore. and what relevance does section 314 have to this situation?
