Dear exper,

A partner ship deed was executed in April16 without contribution of capital by partners, no bank account was opened  and no business was made till 2017-2018. Now the partners want to start business in this firm. Can this firm be activated with 0 (zero) capital introduction in past?

yes. partners have not contribited in the partnership firm as there was no business in past. now the partners have started a business model and can start the business by contributing in the firm
