Partnership firm

Please tell me the procedure to form a partnership firm.

Can a partnership firm carry on two or more businesses? If yes, then.....

For eg. a firm want to carry two businesses, one of tour & travelling and other is say, property dealing and both under different names.... like one business named as 'Fast track' and other is 'Jai Ambe'. Can it be possible ?

Also pls forward me the format of partnership deed.
