Regarding Changes in Partnerhip Firm
We have entered into a partnerhip firm and we drafted a Deed in Rs.300/- stamp paper and we applied for the PAN with the same deed and we got a PAN card also. Now we want admit a new partner by removing the exisiting partner. Please help us for the procedures and actioned to be taken.
