Partnership deed

I am having one format of partnership deed which I am attaching for your reference. In addition to the clauses in the format the partners can add their own specific clauses if they wish.

The stamp paper requirements are as follows:

In case of capital contribution of Rs. 50,000 or less - Rs. 500

For every additional capital of Rs. 50,000 or part thereof - Rs. 500

Maximum stamp duty for any amount of capital - Rs. 5,000
