There is a partnership Firm with three partners.
My query is
Is there any way to convert it in to proprietorship ?
or
it compulsorily have to be Dissolved.

If a partnership comes to an end, it gets dissolved. So to convert it into a sole proprietorship firm the dissolvement of partnership is necessary
