CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHETHER A SON REQUIRED TO FORM HUF IN CASE AMOUNT RECEIVED UPON PARTITION OF HUF OF THE HIS FATHER.
IN OTHER WORDS MONEY RECEIVED ON PARTITION OF HUF MADE BY THE FATHER SHALL GO TO THE HUF OF SON OR DIRECTLY TO SON ONLY.

It will go directly to son but if the son is married(i.e. has already formed HUF by status) then the money goes to SON HUF...
