Part time cop holder wants full time cop- procedure

He Should Apply for Full time COP by Making a Fresh Application.

Even Concept of Part Time They Take it as Under Employment Only.a

for year 12-13 he made payment of 2000 for membership & 2000 for part time cop. now after resigning from employment

 he needs to make payment of  rs. 2000 for full time cop for the same year 12-13.???????????

if its right than total payment would be 6000
