after resign from employment, Whether a part time cop holder freshly apply for full time cop OR just make an request for conversion of part time into full time.?????????????

He Should Apply for Full time COP by Making a Fresh Application.
Even Concept of Part Time They Take it as Under Employment Only.a
for year 12-13 he made payment of 2000 for membership & 2000 for part time cop. now after resigning from employment
he needs to make payment of rs. 2000 for full time cop for the same year 12-13.???????????
if its right than total payment would be 6000
No, In This Case, payment Will be for One Time in a Particular Year.
No Need to Pay Again.
