Can a partnership firm registered in one State be registered as a Part IX Company in another State?? If not directly possible please suggest me the best suited route...

Dear, ya it can be possible there is no any issue, u hv option to select the state n all in e-Form - 1A itself.

As i know there is no any section restricting for the same.
