I want to the procedure to surrender my PAN of a Partnership Firm.

Write an application to the assessing officer in whose jurisdiction the pan of partnership firm which is to be surrendered lies enclosing copy of deed of dissolution of firm.

 You can surrender PAN of a partnership by simply filing Form 49A with NSDL and filing the prescribed fees.
