No, there is no such mechanism where a normal individual can get details through PAN.

It's a serious issue with regards to security of common public data and hence you cannot access to more details.

Though many Govt. workers do has power to collect data, if you really need something then you can ask them for help.

Can an abroad company get such details to know about their employee sir?

No, they can,t get such details.

Rather ask for more documents such as aadhar, voter's card of employee for record purpose.
