I have a peculiar case:
1. Client has made a Partnership Deed
2. Name of Firm doesnt have Ltd or Pvt Ltd
Still PAN no. has 4th letter has C, which means it is company
Assessee has no documentation required of Company
How to rectify this mistake in PAN? Not able to efile returns now
