Pan card for partnership firm

Just fill up the application for online https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.H T M L take the printout of the acknowledgment and two photocopies of ur Partnership deed( no requirement of Regitration) and managing partners address proof and id proof would be sufficient.

Deed is mainly for Address proof of the firm for which u r applying for PAN.

Can i enclsoe the deed without notary also.?

yes.. notary is also not required.. Self attestation of the documents would be sufficient.. The acknoledgement will be sent to the pune.. The address will be shown in the above given link
