Hi,
My mother has a pan card wherein all the information in the card have to be modified or corrected like name, DOB, father's name etc which was obtained around 1998. She does not have any proof to submit mentioning his father's name.
She has not filed any ITR till date. Now she will be eligible to file the returns from the current financial year.
So I want to cancel the pan card where all the informations have to be modified and apply for a new pan card.
Please help
